And I heard the voice of the Lord saying, "Whom shall I send, and who will go for us"?' Then I said, "Here I am! Send me."

Statement of Faith

I believe in the Triune God — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — who is the Creator, Sustainer, and Redeemer of all things. God the Father is sovereign and holy, full of love, grace, and justice. Jesus Christ, the eternal Son, became fully human through the incarnation, lived a sinless life, died on the cross for the salvation of the world, and was bodily raised from the dead on the third day. Through His life, death, and resurrection, we are offered forgiveness of sins and reconciliation with God. The Holy Spirit is actively at work in the world, drawing people to Christ, empowering believers for holy living, and equipping the church for mission and ministry.

I affirm the Bible as the inspired, authoritative Word of God and the final guide for faith and practice. Scripture reveals God’s plan of salvation and serves as the foundation for all preaching, teaching, and discipleship. I believe the Church is the Body of Christ, called to embody God’s kingdom by living in unity, sharing the Gospel, and serving as agents of reconciliation and justice in the world. The local congregation is both a family of believers and a missional community, called to reflect God’s love through worship, discipleship, and service.

I believe salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone. This salvation transforms us, enabling us to love God fully and love others sacrificially. Baptism and the Lord’s Supper are sacred ordinances given by Christ to the church as outward signs of inward grace and reminders of His presence and promise.

Finally, I believe in the second coming of Christ, the resurrection of the dead, and the promise of eternal life with God for all who have trusted in Him. This hope compels me to live and serve faithfully in the present, proclaiming the Good News of Jesus Christ and working toward God’s kingdom on earth as it is in heaven.
